Integrated data centre design, systems integration, deployment and commissioning across power, cooling, ELV, fire protection and critical IT infrastructure.

A data centre is not an IT project with building services attached. It is a building services project with IT inside it, and the failure modes that matter — thermal, electrical, hydraulic, detection — all sit outside the rack.

RAHCore delivers the non-IT environment alongside the IT layer: the power path, the thermal design, the containment, the detection and suppression, the cabling routes, and the monitoring that makes all of it observable.

IT INFRASTRUCTURE

IT infrastructure and system integration

IT hardware, software and network supply, deployment coordination, configuration and commissioning, with AMC and support after handover.

Most IT estates are bought in pieces: hardware from one supplier, licences from another, cabling from the electrical contractor, and installation from whoever is available. Each piece is defensible. The working system nobody owns.

RAHCore plans the deployment, coordinates supply and specialist execution, leads configuration and commissioning, and can maintain the estate under contract — keeping technical responsibility coordinated across the scope.

ELV AND SECURITY

ELV, security and surveillance

CCTV, access control, fire detection and low-voltage integrations delivered as one coordinated ELV scope.

CCTV, access control, detection and public address share cable routes, containment, power provision and, increasingly, a network. Tendered separately, they are installed four times over the same building.

HVAC, fire and life safety

HVAC systems and O&M, precision cooling, fire detection, alarm and firefighting systems integrated with the wider building.

HVAC and fire systems are physically entangled. Ducts and suppression piping compete for the same space, detection zoning depends on the airflow pattern, and both must be proved before a building can be occupied.
