Where coordination is left to the client, it usually falls to someone whose actual job is something else. Decisions get made in meetings and lost between them, interfaces are assumed rather than defined, and the first honest assessment of readiness arrives at commissioning.

We define interfaces explicitly, maintain one programme across the disciplines, and keep a decision record that survives staff changes on either side. Where RAHCore is also delivering, the same coordination governs our own subcontractors.

Lifecycle and maintenance
Coordination continues past commissioning: the handover documentation, the asset register and the maintenance plan are what make the operating period manageable, and they are produced during the project rather than reconstructed afterwards.
