Most IT estates are bought in pieces: hardware from one supplier, licences from another, cabling from the electrical contractor, and installation from whoever is available. Each piece is defensible. The working system nobody owns.
RAHCore plans the deployment, coordinates supply and specialist execution, leads configuration and commissioning, and can maintain the estate under contract — keeping technical responsibility coordinated across the scope.
REQUIREMENTThe requirement this addresses
Procurement split by category produces equipment that arrives on different dates, cabling sized for a layout that has since changed, and licences that do not match the installed estate. The cost surfaces later, as rework and as support calls that route between suppliers without resolution.
DELIVERYHow RAHCore approaches it
We start from the deployment, not the purchase order. The site survey and the network design determine the bill of materials rather than the other way round, and the maintenance contract is scoped against the same asset list that was installed.
INTEGRATIONIntegration with other systems
The estate rarely stands alone. Structured cabling shares routes and risers with ELV and electrical works, server rooms depend on cooling and clean power, and AV and conferencing systems cross into building services. Delivering those together is what removes the interface risk.
LIFECYCLELifecycle and maintenance
IT AMC covers preventive inspection, corrective support, and the licensing and support renewals that keep an estate supportable. Relocation is treated as a project in its own right, with an asset register and a sequence, rather than as a moving exercise.
